Seven questions: Answer what you can. We will still talk it through properly on a call.
Why in writing: It means our call is spent on your answers rather than on me taking notes.
An audit, a contract award, a new hire starting. Leave it blank if the timing is open.
Three ways in: an audit of what you have, a build of what you need, or a full department setup.
Start small if you like: the audit is designed to be the front door, and what it finds sets the scope of anything after it.
Written procedures, built to your environment: not a template pack with your logo dropped on it.
They depend on each other: the Foundation comes first, and the tool will say so rather than letting you buy something that cannot stand up.
Foundation first: every module's records and numbering point back to it.
One exception: Health, Safety and Environment stands entirely alone and can be bought on its own.
Standards rot: software versions move, standards get revised, people leave.
Training makes them stick. A retainer keeps them true.
Training built around the standards you actually run, not a generic course.
Monthly, minimum three months: then month to month with 30 days notice.
Unused hours do not roll over. The point is availability, not a bank of time.
Everything compiled: this is what you entered. Nothing to fill in.
Read it over: then send it back using the steps at the bottom.
Fixed fees, not hours: every figure here is a fixed price for a defined scope. You are buying a finished system, not a timesheet.
A planning estimate: scope caps apply and are shown on each item. Anything beyond them is quoted rather than assumed.
Travel and expenses are separate where a site visit is needed, pre-approved in writing and billed at cost.
Your proposal follows our call. It carries the firm figures, the schedule and the terms for signature.
Estimate needs nothing here. Firm figures below only apply to a Proposal or an Invoice. Leave a line blank and it falls back to its published price.
Your answers and selections send straight to me.
Pick a time. I will call you at the number on this form.
